Order warehousing
After the goods arrive at the designated warehouse of our company, the warehouse staff will conduct a detailed inspection of each item according to the delivery list, checking the quantity and appearance, taking photos for archiving, and updating the system for realtime shelving. The seller uses this system to create and submit customer orders.
Sorting and Labeling
Carry out intelligent sorting based on the destination and logistics method, complete the labeling of goods (shipping labels, origin labels), and ensure the accuracy of the information.
Packaging and shipping
Select appropriate protective packaging such as bubble wrap, wooden boxes, cardboard, etc. based on the nature of the goods. Charge based on weight. Recheck the packaging. Generate electronic shipping documents and tracking numbers.
Logistics shipment
The goods were delivered to the cooperative courier/forwarding agency as scheduled. The shipping documents were simultaneously uploaded to the tracking system, and the customer received the shipping confirmation and the tracking link.
Receipt
After the goods arrive at the destination, the system automatically updates the delivery status, provides the receipt confirmation, and archives the entire order upon completion.
